We now offer both of these courses online in conjunction with the University of South Florida. Both courses meet the training requirements of New York State Labor Law 220-h. This includes the contractor and all subcontractors.
These courses also meet the requirements of New York City's Local Law 41 of 2008. This law requires all workers on a major building project, must have taken either class within the past 5 years. Upon successful course completion, the student will receive an OSHA construction safety 10 or 30-hour course completion card.
